How effective is Sprintec birth control?

I’ve been on it for over a year and have had no problems or side effects. We also use a condom though and pull out though, so.

It's as effective as any other if you take it correctly. Your best bet is always an iud or implant though as far as the most effective birth control

Speak with your doctor.  They know the differences in hormones and what not and can recommend based on your needs etc.

I was on sprintec for 7 years and never got knocked up lol. Just gotta take it everyday

I personally don’t recommend Sprintec as it gave me HORRIBLE chest pains!! I thought it was just a me thing (I took this bc when I was in hs so almost 10 years ago) and recently read a post and she was experiencing the same thing with the chest pains :/
