Hypnobirth?

I am currently only still 15 weeks pregnant with my second baby. But I am wondering if anyone out there has tried the hypnobirthing technique? I am looking into these two books specifically. Anything helps! Thanks!

Hoping to use hypnobirthing for my baby. Currently 40+2 so fingers crossed I can come back in a few days and let you know how it goes! The first book in your picture is by the founder of hypnobirthing. Highly recommend.

I read the top book when I was pregnant last time, so with my second child. It was literally a night and day difference between my two labors...it was SO much better. I’ve been practicing the same techniques this pregnancy and I’m hoping for another labor like last time! :)

I’m doing Hypnobabies! Haven’t had a chance to put it to use, but I will say I used the track “fear of needles” to help me with my phobia, and it worked!!

I haven't myself, but was given a book on it. I'd say check out the Natural Birth or Holistic & Natural Birth groups in Glow, I've seen some posts about hypnobirthing in them.
