Have your Pcp (not gyno) run blood work. I did at 8 mo ttc and found out i have hypothyroidism and it took 5 months to get to where I should be with medicine

I did a thyroid test a few years ago all normal. I am very regular 27 or 28 day cycle get my LH surge around day 14 each month and period is 4 days. But if it doesn’t happen in the next couple months i will go in.
