My stomach does the exact same thing. I've always thought it was Braxton hicks but I honestly don't know if it is.

Use the 511 rule , 5 mins apart, last at least a minute , continuous for 1 hour . Then go to hospital if your water breaks or leaks scratch everything and go to the hospital immediately

It's definitely contractions of some sort with coning like that. If timeable go in at 5 min apart
