Watery discharge, 32wks

I’ve been having discharge majority of my pregnancy normally a yellowy thick texture,

Today I was walking through the shops and felt like I was leaking and when I got home I went to the toilet and it was a clear watery discharge, went through my pad and onto my undies.

I’ve had anemia during this pregnancy and have been unwell, I’ve been in and out of hospital so I don’t want to have to call and possibly waist there time!

Any ideas?
