My boobs are HUGE!!!!😩

Pms is inflating my boobs to be huge watermelons no joke! They hurt so bad and my period is in 4 days! Any remedies to help with the size and pain? I tried to put on a tight shirt this morning and I couldn’t wear it because my boobs were NOT letting me😬
