Pregnancy cramps or PMS?

Had sex 4 days before I ovulated, I’m supposed to start my period in 6 days and I’m feeling really faint cramps but I can definitely tell it’s in my uterus and not just stomach pain. Thoughts?

I started getting light cramps and spotting 6 days before my period. Tested at 4 days before period and got a positive. Fingers crossed it’s the same for you!

It obviously differs for every woman. But unfortunately many pregnancy and AF symptoms are very similar - even ones you may not have experienced before - thus, could be due to either and so best not to symptom spot, and instead test with FMU if AF is a no-show when you expect her.
