Today was my first day of ketos, low carb high fat!! I’m super excited! I even made peanut butter cups last night!! I have gained weight sense I quit smoking. Plus I’m in a super awesome relationship!
My weight right now is 252. I honestly have t stepped on a scale for months. It kinda hurt seeing me be 252.. When I met my boyfriend I was 215.... omg I’m honestly a big boned girl. Thicker built. I was down to 145 once. It looked absolutely horrible.. 170 to 180 is great on me!!
If any of any keto dinners or breakfasts they wanna share I’d love them!!
