Lip fillers?

Not thinking about getting them but curious!!!

I have pretty naturally full lips, it’s crazy because I used to get made fun of for them and now it’s the thing!

But, everyone I know and have seen (beside the Kardashian’s) with lip fillers.. it just looks like their lips are poking out more instead of fuller?

Being a bartender in a popular area I see them a lot!! It used to be just older women and now I see women as young as 18 with them! I’m not judging and I don’t really care but is the thin, poking out what they are going for?or is that with a combo of Botox? I’m just confused.....
