Sex in early pregnancy?

Anyone else feel super paranoid afterwards? Having some extra cramping and it has my mind spinning that something could go wrong. I don’t remember being so stressed out about everything with my first pregnancy.

My fiancé and i are not doing penetration until my first appt onFeb 22. My fiancé feels guilty and thinks its the cause of our first miscarriage. I do t want him to feel that way so we compromised and found other ways to pleasure each other.

I am a nurse and we actually encourage people to continue having sex throughout your pregnancy! Unless there is a complication and your dr. Specificay says no intercourse. It is also normal to have cramping after intercourse as well as spotting  because your cervix is more sensitive and has more blood flow too it. 
With that being said, my husband is still scared to have sex with me but I can usually convince him otherwise haha.

Ya I am 6 weeks and 2 days and when I had sex I had cramping I was so scared but they are stopping and not even bad so as long as I’m not bleeding I think I’m ok and I think your ok too. I wasn’t this scared with my first one either but I was this anxious to see them and to hold them and make sure they are healthy. Because I have epilepsy and I’m scared I’ll miscarry

Yes! Unfortunately, it’s totally normal to get cramps after sex any time during a pregnancy. So that’s fun. 🙄

I’m so paranoid about it. Even though I know it’s ok, it’s like something weird triggers in the back of my head and it’s very frustrating.

I was VERY stressed after sex with my first two and still am this time 😫 I get so nervous about the cramps after.
