I was over the moon to find out I was pregnant after loosing my baby in utero June 2018 I just knew my family would finally be complete... Then I woke up on my birthday to horrible cramping and bleeding and I just knew my body was rejecting the pregnancy again 😭😭 my HCG was at a 43 when I went to get checked and my heart sunk because at 7 weeks the numbers should be well over a few thousand ... I just need some positive vibes because I went and got my second round of blood work today and my heart is aching thinking about my baby being gone again 💔

Praying for my HCG numbers to have quadrupled by now and that the bleeding and cramping was a fluke !!!
