Please help; I value your thoughts and info
I am 36, no kids, 1 D&C in 2003 and 5-6 chemical miscarriages in the past year in a half. I have unexplained infertility and have had every test done practically and fertility specialist cannot find anything wrong. My bf has great swimmers and no problems on his end either. I am a pretty typical 28 day cycle. Last cycle was weird bc I was sick and dr told me that can affect your temps, ovulation, growth Of follicles, and delay period. So that makes sense. However this cycle, based on chart, it looks like I ovulated super early, cd9 or 10. I had 3 days of ewcm too around then. However on cd18 I had blood preg test (less than 1) and blood progesterone test (0.1) which clearly shows I’m not pregnant and I have not ovulated yet. The prog levels are also lower than normal for the start of af which is usually around 1-3 I was told. My temps are not as high as they normally are either. I have not been sick this cycle and I don’t feel like I’m coming down with anything however I’m having some weird symptoms I have never had before af comes.
Since last Tuesday, cd16, I’ve had constant low back aches, Wed I started feeling weird feelings in my lower right abdomen (that’s where my uterus is, not in the middle) sporadically in the day and a couple the next day. It didn’t feel like the typical quick sharp ovulation pains that are closer to my pelvic bone. I’ve also been having random quick pains in my right nipple only. Fri, cd 19, I was nauseous off and on all day with many times being so bad I had to run outside or to a trash bc I really thought it was coming up, but didn’t. Sat and Sun I was fine but then around 4am Mon morning, I woke up from dead sleep, ran to bathroom and threw up multiple times. Today, I’ve had a few nauseous spells again but only 1 intense one today. I felt sooooo full all day Sunday and today I’m really gassy.
Is it possible you think I could be pregnant even though my progesterone levels show it’s not possible? If I was preg my levels would have to be much higher. What are your thoughts and experiences? I greatly appreciate it!!
