I started my period 2 days ago and I have been EXTREMELY nauseous the entire time. To the point where I had to sit by the toilet for over an hour just in case I got sick because I couldn’t tell if it was going to happen or not. I was very dehydrated before I started and still probably could be but I have NEVER been this nauseous on my period. It is pretty heavy like all of my periods are, but normally my cramps are the worst and my nausea isn’t bad at all, but this time it flipped. Is this normal?? It’s freaking me out!
