New here! TTC Nuva Ring Question

Saturday was my 27th birthday and after 5 years of marriage and waiting for the “right” time (as if that exists) my husband and I decided we were ready to start trying! What a great birthday gift right?? I removed my Nuva ring on Saturday morning. I’ve been on birth control since I was 16 because of pad period pain. My doctor suspects I may have endo but instead of the laparoscopy to diagnose, we decided to try and see what happens. Today AF showed up and with a vengeance! I have been on Nuva ring for 2 years and have been skipping my period by changing it out every 3 weeks. My question is, are my hopes too high to think I may have a chance to ovulate here in a couple weeks?
