So my dad tells me that he isn't going to wash his hands when my daughter is born. "We were just fine and you're being a germophobe, I'm not washing my hands before I hold her just to hold my granddaughter" 🙄 I seriously don't even know how to respond to half the things he claims he is/isn't going to do without being disrespectful. Just because he's my dad, he acts as if the rules I want for MY newborn in her first few weeks of life are irrelevant to him. They are not respected whatsoever. Just wanted to rant to see if anyone else deals with this nonsense.
