Constipated????
Suck on a bunch of mints. Like ice breakers.
They have something that triggers the bowels.
Don’t eat too many though.
I usually have like three at a time 1-2 a day and I’m able to go.
I’m always constipated and so knowing this little trick has helped a lot!
Warning. People have said it gives them diarrhea.
But I’d rather not go to the ER again because I’m so backed up.
