1st clomifene cycle - 8dpo

Its my first clomifene cycle and currently im 8dpo. I took a test its BFN. Maybe I tested too early or maybe these are just the side effects. So 8dpo, these are the feelings im experiencing.

*a little nauseous

*dizzy esp if i bent down or turn a little

*cramps (these cramps never gor away since 5dpo

*super sore nipples (it started at 4dpo and as the day passes by, the sensitivy gets too much)

*I can feel somethings moving in my uterus hahaha.

I actually do not want tothink that im just overthinking or just paying a very close attention to the symptoms. Can someone tell me if these are just the treatment side effects or is this an implantation symptoms? Help! Im excited to become a mom. AF is due in 6days.
