Help needed
I dont know how early people will know if they are pregnant but i think i ovulated early and now i feel sick my gums feel sore and by boobs have started to hurt a lot more and i have like period pains and everytime i eat i get a gurgling tummy which i have never had i dont know if thats just my body being dopey if if thats a sign advice needed please x
