Rules for family, friends and babysitters?

Question

What are some rules you have for your family, friends and babysitters to follow when they are visiting your little one(s), have your bab(ies) in their care or have the little one(s) come over to their place to visit?
I’m trying to make a list of what my husband and I should discuss together for rules before laying down the line with friends, babysitters and family members.

My one rule, don’t mess with the sleep schedule.  Meaning anyone watching our kids must stick to the schedule for naps and bedtime.  We live on the other side of the country from our family.  Having an established sleep schedule is what truly makes for easy going toddler and infant.  And has helped us survive without any support on the non visitor times. 
To note, we encourage our guest to act natural during nap time and not walk around on eggshells, heck we will even run the blender etc.   I understand children need to underside noise and sleep through it.  It is more about the routine.  Having a good sleep schedule has afforded us the break we need, keep our lives moving in a easy direction and helped keep happy easy going children.

The only request  I have is that they pace feed his bottles of BM. I’m beyond grateful to my SIL for watching my son so I’m not about to tack on a bunch of rules. Plus I’m not sure exactly what rules they need to know. I just give her a low down on what things he can do like roll, play in a swing, eat about every 3 hours, and explain the bottles.  I might ask her to not let him watch tv or be fed foods he hasn’t tried yet. That’s really all I can think of

We don’t really have rules.. but we only trust our kids going with immediate family or my daughters god father. They’ve all been around enough to know what we like and don’t like for our kids like not too much candy, no pop unless it’s clear, kid friendly shows and if not then eyes off the tv while in the room...but for us that’s common sense (in our families at least) and when dropping them off or having them picked up we just let whomever has them, know when they ate last and for the baby how much to feed her and how often. My 5yo is pretty good at letting you know when she’s hungry 😋

Same for me, I explain to them how to pace feed breastmilk bottles. I ask them to not let him really watch tv. That’s about it.

Same as above. I just shared with our babysitters about how often she eats. Approximately how much she eats. And to pace feed her bottles since they are breastmilk.
