4 weeks pregnant and soo tired and exhausted but can’t fall asleep or stay asleep each night 😫😴

Right there with you.  I fall alseep at 10:45pm and i'm up at 3:00am everyday. It's exhausting

This was me tonight! I wasn’t like this my first pregnancy. I just found out today tho so thought it was the new baby excitement. Hoping to get a nap in today and good sleep tonight 🤞🏼

Me too! It is so rough! I tried to take some Unisom last night but it didn’t do anything. I get maybe one or two good nights of sleep in right now. I’m so tired all of the time!

Yessss! My first pregnancy all I wanted to do was sleep. Now I’ll go to sleep super early but I’m up every 2 hours and for no reason 🙄🙄 let’s hope it’s ends before baby #2 gets here otherwise I’m going to be exhausted! 😂😂

Never! 😂😂 it will get better during the second trimester but by the 3rd you will be so uncomfortable you won’t be able to sleep. Atleast that’s how it was with my first. And then once they are born 😂😂😂😂😂
