I didnt have a period at all while I had mine for almost 6 years. And after I got it removed my periods went back to normal.

I'm on my third year. I didn't have my period for the first year. Only spotting sometimes. Now the past almost two I've had irregular crappy periods. All extremely long. Some late. I hate my nexoplanon. Best of luck to you!💕

It’s different for everyone & can even vary time to time for an individual person. Mine has definitely varied from time to time... I’ve had a few last 2-3 weeks, some 1 week, others just 1-3 days. It’s all part of the irregular bleeding side effect of progestin only methods like Nexplanon.
