Late period

My period is 16 days late. I got my IUD out a few months ago and I'm using FAM to not get pregnant. I've taken three at home tests and they are all negative. I called my doctor to see if I should come in and she said no. Idk what's happening and I'm kind of freaked out. I've never been this late and the condom broke when I was ovulating
