Which nail shape do you prefer? And please also comment length you prefer

Comment any others if you get something I didn’t mention. Pictures are also welcome of your current or fav styles. Getting my nails done for the first time and can’t decide which shape I like best on google

Oval/round is the strongest shape, rectangle is probably the most universally flattering, and keep them short to start while you adjust. I’ve been wearing acrylics for 10+ years and have had just about every shape out there but always come back to rectangles with the corners rounded off often called the “squoval” shape, it resists breakage, looks classic and doesn’t have sharp edges. 
If your getting nail extensions(tips) start short you will need to adjust to them, and don’t use them for tasks for put too much pressure on the tips or you will lift/break them which sucks and can hurt. The picture is my christmas nails, with the straight across top of rectangle but the softened rounded “squoval” corners.

I like the almond with a bit more square shape. Basically the shape nails grow naturally. I only ever get my nails filed/shaped/painted.
