I announced mine on social media at 18 weeks bc I was kinda MIA from everyone before then so I thought I’d share it when I knew what the gender was. But I told my mom 2 days after i found out, then the rest of MY family at around 5 weeks+ , then I told my husbands family at 17 weeks bc he was terrified of telling them lol. 
Tell people when YOU feel best!! It is all up to you. Congrats 🎉🎈

Most people wait till after 12 weeks since you’re considered out of the woods then, meaning chances of miscarriage drops considerably. But you can tell people whenever you feel comfortable. I told my in-laws at 6 weeks but won’t tell my family till after 12, since they’re blabber mouths and I don’t want everyone to know and then something happens to baby!
