Zofran?

I have been deathly sick, for weeks now.
Finally talked to my doctor and they are calling in Zofran to help me get through because I honestly can’t function. I’ve seen a lot of things on the internet stating Zofran could be linked to cleft lip or cardiac issues but nothing actually proven. What are everyone’s thoughts?
My mind won’t stop racing 😔

I’ve been taking zolfran, dicleges, promethazine tablets and promethazine gel since 5/6 weeks and kiddo is perfectly healthy. Zolfran is a major major help, but the promethazine gel was a game changer. Zolfran is great but there were days I couldn’t even keep it down. I got the gel and literally it was life altering. Kicks in within 10-15 minutes and lasts long enough to take a pill keep it down, and really gets you over the sickness hump.

I’ve taken Zofran with both of my sons, and my husband was born with a cleft palate, and my sons came out fine. You need some relief girl, I hope it helps!

Zofran is SAFE. Please don’t let the internet scare you. It makes me so angry that those studies are still out there. They were don’t by a competitive medication company and found to be untrue. The gave the patients 10x as much as anyone should ever use and even then it was a 1% chance of any minor physical defect. 
 Zofran at most will give YOU a headache and constepation.  I took it for 9months with m baby girl and she’s totally healthy. Now I’m on it again and it’s all that helps
