Is this a miscarriage?

I am 5 weeks pregnant and just found out yesterday. Got this this morning but not feeling any pain at all. Happened with my previous pregnancy and everything was normal. 
Could this be a miscarriage

*UPDATE* 
I went to see my doctor and the only thing he said was for me to retest in two weeks which is so annoying because I feel like I’m left with no answers 😭😭😭😭

Same thing happened to me. I didnt have any cramps neither. My baby is now 4 months old. If you’re really concerned, call your doctor or go to the ER.

This is just a blood clot from a period and is completely normal

When I had my miscarriage around 5 weeks, I had severe cramps and then got my period right after with a few clots. This also happened to my friend, but she didn’t have cramps and never got her period.. she’s now 8 months pregnant ;)

Unfortunately, that would be the conclusion I'd come to if it were me. However, it isn't always worst case scenario. It could be a subchorionic hematoma which happens and is usually harmless. I'd watch it and see if it continues or call your OB
