My LO turns 1 in just a few weeks! We’ve had a successful & enjoyable BFing journey thus far & I have no intention of stopping anytime soon. For those still BFing after 1 , can you tell me what that looks like for you?

I know it’s not one size fits all & we can do whatever works for us, but just curious what works for others. That’s is... how many times a day & when, are you also giving milk? Etc.

right now we typically nurse 4/5 times a day & do 3 meals & at least 1 snack (trying to incorporate 2 snacks, but it’s hard with naps) & water with meals.
