There was nothing I could do in my first trimester to increase energy. I took so many naps but still felt like I was only waking up with a 40% energy level. It's kind of just the way it is.
I’m exhausted
I’m so sleepy and feel like I have no energy for my toddler at home. I’m currently 7 weeks and slowly cutting my caffeine. I’m trying heathy teas, smoothies and apples for energy but come late afternoon I’m ready for bed.
What are you new mamas and mamas expecting another doing for increased energy?
I’m getting 8+ hours of sleep and drinking 1- 2 cups of coffee.
