The worst is after I eat my lunch at work, all of a sudden I can barely keep my head up and I usually have four hours of my shift left 😩😪

I just posted this question in the 1st trimester group. 
This is my 2nd also. I don’t remember being this tired before but maybe it’s because we have others at home who really depend on us?  My 2 1/2 year old has tons of energy and it doesn’t help that is cold I Chicago so we can’t really walk to the park or anything.
