Nap schedule for 5month old???

What is your nap schedule for your little one my daughter is almost 5months old thinking about getting her on a nap schedule

My little one wakes up at 10-10.30am, sometimes 11++am 
Naps at
12pm
2pm
5pm
7pm (last nap)
Then she goes to bed at 8.30/9pm till 10-10.30am. I don’t follow her nap schedule strictly, I just follow her lead mostly.

Our routine changes depending on the day. Today it was
9:40 wake up
Swimming lesson
11:45-1230 nap
2;30-3:05 nap
4:30-5:05 nap
7:10-7:40 nap
And we’ll probably go down about 9pm. 
Some days we’ll only have 3 naps. Yesterday he did a longer one in the middle of the day so he didn’t need a fourth nap. Sometimes if he fights sleep and we can’t get him down I’ll let him catnap at my breast. We have a flexible routine!
