Can anyone help me. Year of the pig!

Did anyone get a positive line after an hour of taking a test. As it’s been happening to me for the last few days.

Last period was 13th December and I’ve noticed my belly getting bigger and looks different than usual. Also had cramps and itchy nipples but all test says negativr until recently as mentioned above. I’ve got a doctors appointment on Monday and just scared they are going to say no. What should I do if I think I am?
