right side flank pain?

Question

i’m 20 weeks and i just started having this pain, it hurts when i stretch out. 
not sure what it could be? i got scared and went to L&D bc I was scared of preterm labor. Everything seemed okay. they checked for a UTI and it came out negative. I’m currently waiting for my blood test. 
I have pain on the middle right side of my back, by where my mid back ribs are and it sometimes radiates to the side. It even hurts when I lie down on my left side, and hurts EVEN MORE when i try laying on the right side. It comes and goes and I have a hard time sleeping at night but I sometimes feel it in the day time :( it’s just one-sided pain. 
what is this? has anyone had this pain before?

It’s probably the pressure of all of your organs and uterus pressing on your ribs. I have this on my left side and it goes away when I lay down and relax. Hurts more when I’m sitting or standing.

Just keep an eye on it I had something similar to this except it hurt all the time constantly and hurt even worst with movement and even lying down. All along it was a missed UTI that I kept going for because I knew something was off and it resulted in me having a really bad kidney infection which led to backed up kidneys. OB was glad I came in because any longer would’ve resulted in something so much worst.
