Now 39 and Tired

My husband and I have been trying for about 2 yrs now which isn’t terrible but time is not on my side we have been through two failed IVF cycles the first failed cycle wasn’t expected at all we had 37 eggs I was over stimulated and never made aware of the health risks we choose a smaller clinic the second time around but husband had a lot of complications he stuffed a UTI which landed him in the hospital and effectively destroyed any and all sperm but we managed to get some swimmers back a few months later and this cycle we had 15 eggs and embryo glue and NOTHING he took it really really hard he wants to try again my insurance company does 3 rounds per live birth so there’s a lot riding on this I should also mention we have children separately and husband is a quadriplegic from a car accident
