Cystic Mass on left ovary

I'm waiting to hear back from my Dr. about treatment and whether this can affect my pregnancy. But has anyone experienced this and had a successful pregnancy/delivery?

I noticed the note in the summary of my 8 week ultrasound, but the Dr and tech said nothing while I was there 😡🤔.
