Clueless
Hey ladies! So I’ve been having lower back and sciatic nerve pain. Just now, I rubbed my back where it was aching, and something moved around in there. Idk if it’s a huge knot or WHAT it could be 🤷🏼♀️ Sorry, it’s kinda hard to explain if you don’t feel it. My hubby freaked out lol. Has anybody experienced anything like this?
