I might be in the minority, but i wouldn’t reproduce with a man who wouldn’t marry me or was not already married to me. Those things were major priorities for me: marriage and children.

You dont have to be married to live a happy life. Marriage to some is not that important anymore, because sometimes couples live as husband and wife for yrs...
If you ohnestly want to be married then talk to him how you feel. If its a deal breaker then think about what your going to do.
If you both are very happy, blessed and committed, then why marry???
A child should never be the reason to marry someone.

I kind of feel these are things you should discuss before you have children. Marriage and babies are two things that you can never compromise one (within reason). My boyfriend knows I want marriage and kids and we’re not even at the stage of getting engaged yet. 
Alternatively you can take that and think “do we really need marriage?” If this is something you can live without then you just need to discuss it and move forward. If you can’t compromise and you absolutely need to get married then... you have your answer. You can’t force him to do anything he doesn’t want.

I wouldnt let it phase me , I mean I joke around how I want to get married this and that . but Just because I am ready for marriage doesn't mean he is , and that dont mean He aint going to be commited . I just feel like its alot taking  in , id rather let him do it when hes ready since he knows I am at automatic Yess lol . and I'm currently pregnant with his child , but I feel like A baby shouldnt be A Reason ; thats like saying He has to stay with me cause I have his baby . 
Honestly Its not up to no body , not family nor anyone its up to him and you and of course you ready but he has to feel ready . stick by his side , show him that No matter if you do or dont get married That you will be there regardless .
