i need some serious help

i want to go for a more “grunge” or “skater boy/girl” aesthetic but im so bad at matching clothes.

and i wanna change my style a lot and wear more stuff like this:

but i feel like i’d just look so bad and constantly get made fun of.. and i don’t know where to buy clothes at (i usually get my stuff at good will bc uhh, who doesn’t love cheap clothes sksksk) and idk how to make a good outfit :/, i feel like i look so ugly in everything and i just don’t have enough confidence
