Meal help?
I am 16 weeks today and I have had hardly any appetite. I have been trying to make sure I am eating alright and healthy but I'm getting back into the food aversion of pregnancy.
I'm worried I am not eating enough calories and protein. Meat is just kinda grossing me out and I am really craving fresh veggies. I have picked up hummus and a couple frozen meals with protein in them.
With my son I literally ate everything and found it all delicious with this little one I am the opposite. Does anyone have some delicious meals they used during pregnancy to help them get enough??
