I don’t know what to think anymore I need advice and support 😩

I was on nexplannon for 3 1/2 years, I got off of it because me and my S.O. Wanted to start trying to have a baby. I got my period almost immediately after I got off of it, the next month I got it again then I had surgery to remove my appendix and got a period after that much it was only 3 days, that’s was June 3-5. In October and November on the 24th both months I spotted in the mornings very very light pink and then it went away I haven’t had a period since, at first I thought it was because I have VERY irregular periods but after a few months and nothing happening I got very concerned and started seeing an obgyn. She put me on progesterone to make me have my period, take a pill everyday for 10 days. She also put me on metformin for 6 months. I just started taking these on Friday.

My question is, anyone that knows or anyone that had similar problems that have gotten pregnant about how long till I could possible conceive?

I’m very emotional and want so badly to have a baby and I’m honestly terrified that I can’t or won’t be able to for a very long time and it hurt my heart.

Also, I had sex the other night and now my nipples and breast have been soooo sore, could I be close to starting my period?
