I’m feeling hopeless 😞😢

This am i noticed that I was having light red discharges. Now I’m experiencing light discomfort in my tummy and also spotting red.( I’m 6weeks and a few days) I had a miscarriage 8/2018 and it started the same way I feel so numb. I just want to crawl in a dark hole 🕳 and scream and cry 😭.
