Announcing your pregnancy?

Have you already announced your pregnancy? If not when/what week are you planning on it? I’m 8 weeks along and I don’t know if I can wait any longer 😫 (we decided to wait till 12 weeks but the anticipation is a killer 😂)

My other half parents knew when I wasn't drinking at the pub and work knew when I kept throwing up but waiting till 12 weeks to announce it to the world x

Same! Going to wait until at least 12 weeks. What I do is think of plans to announce so that I don’t just tell someone too soon and I actually look forward to waiting because of the ideas I come up with. I’m going to come up with different cute ideas to announce it first to close family, then friends, then rest of the family and friends. This way I could announce it different ways like a Big Sister shirt or a clever surprise for my parents. Then Easter will be a good time to announce to everyone else and something Easter egg themed or bunny themed will be cute.

I will be 8 weeks on Friday and will be announcing on Valentine’s Day! I can’t wait any longer to tell everyone so we decided since my ultrasound is on Friday and Valentine’s is coming up, let’s just do it then!! ♥️

We told our parents & siblings at between 8-9 weeks 💕 but we’ve asked them to keep it a secret! We will probably tell everyone around 13-ish weeks ☺️

We announced at 10 weeks last pregnancy after seeing a healthy heartbeat. Likely going to do the same this time around.

I’m only 7w4d and we announced yesterday after our ultrasound showing a very strong heartbeat. After having gone through several losses myself, I learned the value of a great support system. Everyone was there for me in the past so god forbid something happen, I know they would be there for me again. It is your baby, so tell whoever you want whenever you want ❤️

We are announcing on Valentine’s Day when I will be close to about ten weeks along. I usually don’t wait until the second tri because it just doesn’t feel real until I announce and I can’t wait!

We havent told anyone, I'm up for a promotion at work and my MIL works with me so we are waiting for the decision to be made then we will tell family. That way if my MIL tells coworkers it wont matter at that point. I'll be almost 20 weeks once we can finally tell people and the anticipation is killing me. . . Luckily I work from home and only have to go into the office 1x a month so I can hide it if I start showing...
