Hello Beauties!

I got my IUD 15 months ago (Mirena) and had the very typical adjustment period to it with cramping, spotting, etc. I am also one of the lucky women who ended up with no periods after about 6 months (and no noticeable pms symptoms, crazy right!).

But starting last Sunday, I've been having dull to sharp cramps in my lower abdomen area (seems to be right in the uterus area) with bloating that is not relieved from using the restroom. The cramps are especially sharp and strong when I try to sit down (feels like I'm sitting on a knife!). My sex drive is entirely gone bc of the pain and I'm wondering if anyone has ever felt this pain more than a year after they got their IUD/if my IUD could've implanted or gotten twisted up??? (also I eat very healthy and have no food allergies, so I don't think salt, gluten, or lactose is the culprit)

If anyone has advice or has experienced this, please let me know! 💜
