Do all breasted babies resist a bottle?

Question

Just wondering I really want don’t to breastfeed and planned on exclusively pumping because I’m afraid my baby won’t take a bottle. But I feel as I’m the first 4-6 weeks it would probably make my life easier just to whip out the boob. 
I see so many posts about babies not wanting to latch because they are given a pacifier or bottle, or they won’t take a pacifier or a bottle and just want the boob. 
I for sure will not breastfeed past 6 weeks and I plan on still pumping to 12 weeks and then I’m switching to formula (Personal reasons). I just don’t want there to be any stress. Should I just alternate breast and bottles to avoid any issues? 
 
Also if you breastfed did you give a pacifier right away as well? I know some babies don’t take them regardless but I have a few lol and I was hoping to get some pictures of her with it because I think they are cute 😂

My sis in law did exclusive pumping and hated it. She said it took twice as long cause she was pumping and baby still needed feeding every two hours. She felt like she was feeding in some form 24/7.  She switched to formula at 3wks
Personally. I BF and then tried formula for a week and purely because I was lazy I went right back to nursing   Once I had to wake up at night, go in the kitchen and prepare a bottle then warm it and then go feed the baby I stopped. Straight back to the two for me. I think different things work for different people. Be open minded and just see how you adjust to different phases.  Either way good luck and congrats on baby ❤️

I offered a bottle at 2 days old. She has no confusion and switches back and forth no problem

My EBF babies both took a bottle without issue. Just don’t wait too long to introduce it. The longer you wait, the pickier baby gets. 
I find that introducing a bottle between week 2-3 to be best. Just once a day, 3-4 times a week 😊

We are exclusively breastfeeding and given 1-2 bottles of my saved milk, usually only about 1oz when I need rest because she has already ate from boob for 15 min each side. LO is 11days old and has no issues

No not all breastfed babies resist and bottle and GIRL, exclusively pumping SUCKS! It’s so much easier to put your baby on the boob, and it also helps regulate your milk supply, so you don’t under or over produce!

My baby had no problems switching from a breast to a bottle to a pacifier and back. We even changed the bottle brand when he was two weeks old. Never had an issue with getting him to latch or eat from the bottle, if he was hungry he let us know! I just do room temperature formula also, I don’t bother heating it up. He eats like a champ! 5 weeks old yesterday.💕
I had planned to breast feed only but he had low blood sugar when he was born so they didn’t really have time for us to learn to latch, he got fed by bottle mostly for the first day or so. Then after about a week he lost weight because I wasn’t producing enough milk, so now I supplement with formula and it’s working great for us. I plan to pump when I go back to work too so we can keep that up as long as possible.

My daughter was breastfed and still took a bottle and a pacifier!! No issues. The only reason we quit nursing is my birth control dried up my milk.

We didn’t have any issues switching between boob and bottle- we introduced a comotomo bottle at the recommended time of between 6-8 weeks.

No problems. My husband fed our daughter bottles of expressed milk at night so that I could sleep and we never had an issue. She uses a pacifier when sleeping too.

I breastfeed and use a bottle. I got lucky and she isn't too nipple picky, but she does prefer the simply natural brand. My friend's son was super picky though, and it took them trying out 5 different brands to find the one he would use. Every baby is different
