Anyone taking tums.?

I been getting really bad acid reflux lately. After everytime I eat. Sometimes not even that. I have to take tums 3-4 times a day. Anyone else in the same boat?

Mine got to the point where water gave me heartburn and sometimes I just had heartburn without even that. I was using tums at first but it got so bad tums stopped working. My doctor prescribed zantac at first and it worked for a few months but then even that started to not be enough and now they prescribed me prilosec instead. This seems to work but hopefully it doesnt start wearing off too. Thankfully baby will be here in just a few weeks for me.

I started taking Zantac at 6 weeks when my doc said I could!

Zantac daily but still need tums once in a while

Twice daily whether I have heartburn or not. It's good calcium :)
