I don’t think it’s “the easy way out “ because if you don’t change what you eat/lifestyle it is practically just a useless waste of money

It’s not even the easy way out even though I chose that answer. My mother had it done and she looked great for a month but if your not eating right and being active it all just comes back and is a waste of time and money and it doesn’t feel good either. It’s painful

I’m not for interventions that permanently alter the body without trying more natural remedies first. What if someday you need to gain weight for some reason? Those cells and structures are gone permanently.🤷🏻‍♀️
