Hey, all! I just woke up from a dream that someone was trying to give me alcohol and I couldn’t stop gagging. My throat feels raw like I may have had some reflux and I think I really was gagging in my sleep. I’ve also felt a tightness right above my belly button since last night (feels like stretching or like when you stretch a bit too far and feel that strain) and I’m having occasional dull aches in my lower belly. Does this sound normal? I’m 7 weeks, 6 days today. I’m so paranoid about everything that could be related to this pregnancy lately...
