Is anyone else measuring as high?

I went to the ER last night for nausea. I hadn’t held anything in 3 days. They gave me some fluids a few pills and did blood work. My levels came back 75,000 and I’m only 6 weeks and 5 days. I didn’t or haven’t had an ultrasound yet and I have a set of fraternal twins but never knew my levels. Could this be twins? Anyone with twins care to share? Thank you.

The chances are likely, they say sickness is worse for multiples and higher chances if you've had them in the past. The number may not suggest anything though you could just have strong hormones. Will they not give you a scan?

No they didn’t scan me and my first prenatal appointment isn’t until the end of February. I kind of feel it may be twins because the sickness is so bad my round ligament pain didn’t start until my 3rd month with my twins...
