Help, digital, temp charting confusion

Finding it hard to believe that I ovulated?, so I only started on CD 13 on ovulation tests and it's always been high now 4 days later the monitor still haying high fertility? But no LH surge detected yet. Have I missed it on the digital? Are would you say to keep testing?
