Stitches after birth gone wrong

Okay, he said I had a third degree tear but im telling you like my entire vagina was black with stitches! They even had it all around my pee hole, the inside and outside it was brutal the amount I could see, now I’m almost 3 weeks postpartum, some stitches are coming out... but here’s the thing, I don’t think they held my vagina skin properly because underneath my clit is just separated, there once was a stitch there holding it together and now there isn’t, my pee hole looks awfully big like the actual hole... I’m tripping out, I’m devastated... I sat there and just cried yesterday because it doesn’t look right or even feel right...perineal (I think that’s what it’s called) was torn during birth and the way he stitched it was messed because it’s like a clump of skin bunched together and it looks like there’s a little hole in it... anyone else have this issue? Did you still go back to normal? I’m scared for my sex life; I miss it and want it to feel just as good for both of us but it doesn’t seem like it’ll be that way.
