So I made it to week 7 this time, but bad news at my first ultrasound. Baby is measuring 6w4d, LMP has me at 7w4d. That on it’s own isn’t too terrible but my doctor said the heart rate is a little low (103bpm) and it’s implanted high and close to my right tube.

So I did blood work for progesterone and hcg levels and I go back again Thursday morning to do the bloodwork again. I have another ultrasound appointment on Tuesday of next week.

She asked if I had any pain, but I hadn’t had any so far. Although after I got home, my lower back was kind of hurting. Maybe it’s from the digging with the ultrasound wand they did (that was a smidge uncomfortable)? I’m having some brown spotting after it too.

She said my age makes this a high risk situation and didn’t offer much hope. 😞

Has anyone has had a similar situation (high and to the right) and what was the outcome?
